What do you plan to do after graduating from BMCC?

I plan on becoming a speech pathologist and working with young children. I want to be able to help young children with any communication disorders they might have.

What is your major area of study? Why did you choose that one?

My major is Linguistics. When I move on to a senior college my major will be Speech Pathology & Audiology. I enjoy learning about different aspects of people’s lives in hopes to better understand and respect people. I love the feeling of being able to help people because of my education. Learning languages and learning about speech and ASL is my way of giving back and building a connection with people.
